AlShaheed Park Fitness challenge (Beta)
is a fitness program designed in collaboration with local fitness program providers to make running and jogging at Al Shaheed Park more fun and challenging. Designed for all fitness levels.
Every Monday will be an open to the public fitness challenge trial led by experienced personal trainers from both Alta Fitness and one2one
The Fitness Challenge is a full body workout composed of cardio and body weight exercises. There will be 6 exercise stations and each station will have a sign explaining the exercises for each fitness level (beginners-green, intermediate-yellow, advanced-red).
The fitness challenge will be scaled to accommodate all levels:
1) Beginners (Green)
2) Intermediate (Yellow)
3) Advanced (Red)
The circuit training will start with a warm-up station (Meeting Point) followed by 6 stations explained thoroughly below and end with a cool-down area. Each station will have a banner explaining the exercises.
Trainers will be present every Monday to facilitate the challenge and explain it to the public.
Official Launch of the challenge will be announced at a later stage
